JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and distribution channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
- Build sales funnels and optimize conversion processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and close deals.
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and business KPis.
- Prepare forecasting models, revenue projections, and strategic presentations for leadership.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving revenue and building strategic partnerships.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in the F&B Industry or fast growing startup environment is a plus.
