Qualifications:
- Minimum education Diploma (D3) / Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or related roles (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have relevant internship experience.)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance indicators.
- Able to prepare proposals, presentations, and basic reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Willing to visit or meet clients when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities (B2B / B2C).
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct client outreach, meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare business proposals, pricing quotations, and partnership agreements.
- Follow up on prospects and assist in closing deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, admin, finance) to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular reports on business activities and sales pipeline.
- Support sales strategies and business growth initiatives.
