About the role
We are seeking a talented Business Development professional to join our Marketing & Communications team at our Bekasi, Jawa Barat office. This is a full-time position that plays a strategic role in building and enhancing our brand portfolio. As Business Development specialist, you will be responsible for driving brand strategy, market positioning, and growth initiatives that strengthen our competitive advantage and customer loyalty. This role is integral to our long-term business objectives and requires someone who can balance creative vision with data-driven decision-making.
What you'll be doing
1. Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
2. Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify brand positioning opportunities and market trends
3. Creating brand guidelines, messaging frameworks and communication strategies that ensure consistency across all touchpoints
4. Collaborating with product, sales and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand execution and market launch success
5. Managing brand performance metrics and conducting regular brand health assessments to track progress and impact
6. Overseeing brand campaigns and initiatives from concept through execution and evaluation
7. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and internal departments
8. Identifying opportunities for brand extension and new product development based on market insights
9. Monitoring competitor activities and industry developments to maintain brand relevance and market positioning
10. Presenting brand strategies and performance updates to senior management and stakeholders
What we're looking for
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
2. 3-5 years of professional experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or related marketing roles
3. Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning and development principles
4. Proven experience with market research, consumer insights and competitive analysis methodologies
5. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
7. Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
8. Creative thinking combined with analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities
9. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
10. Experience in the healthcare, wellness or consumer goods sector is preferred
