BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, Property, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Marketing, preferably within property consultancy, valuation, real estate, banking, financial services, or professional services.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales and business development, with proven ability to acquire and develop clients.
- Strong sales DNA, with the ability to both hunt new prospects and farm existing accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and develop a strong client pipeline.
- Comfortable dealing with corporate clients, banks, developers, investors, and senior-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Able to understand and utilize financial and commercial data to support business decisions and sales strategies.
- Target-oriented, proactive, persistent, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with the appraisal team.
- Willing to conduct client visits, networking, and business development activities as required.
- Knowledge of property valuation/appraisal services is highly preferred.
