Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
* Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients
* Coordinate with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for clients
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
* Proven experience in Business Development or Sales
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Target-oriented and proactive personality
* Able to work independently and as part of a team

Candidates who have experience working as Business Development or Sales in an Professional Event Organizer (EO) industry will be highly preferred.
📍 Placement: Batam (2026), will expand to Jakarta in 2027.
