Role Description:
This is a full-time, remote role. We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to help expand our business network and drive growth in the FinTech and Payment industry.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build strong relationship with merchants, partners, and stakeholders
- Create and execute business growth strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve product and business performance
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commercial terms
- Prepare business reports and strategic recommendations for management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership, or Sales
- Preferably from FinTech, Payment Gateway, Banking, or related industries
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Target-oriented and proactive in driving business growth
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Plus Points:
- Understanding of PSP/Payment ecosystem
- Existing network in Fintech industry is a plus
