Job Description
• Identify and acquire potential clients through multiple channels, including social media, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
• Present agency services and develop tailored proposals based on client needs.
• Lead client negotiations and drive the sales process to successfully close deals.
• Achieve business development targets and identify new growth opportunities.
Qualification
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable with client acquisition and sales.
• Able to build relationships and convert leads into paying clients.
• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition is preferred.
• Experience as a Business Development professional in a creative, digital, or marketing agency is a plus.
