Here at RevoU we aim to help those who want to kick start their career as Sales Development Representative within the Tech industry. We teach them the foundation of Sales Development Representatives skills for a duration of three months and provide them an opportunity thereafter to put their knowledge to practice.

As a Business Development Strategist, you will manage accounts and business development/sales activity of clients. Together with the Account Coordinators, you will mentor RevoU students to work on your client’s project. You will be helping our students prepare their portfolio and gain real experience from the projects before they work for the company
The position is perfectly suited for individuals with 2-3 years of work in B2B Company ideally in Tech Industries (SaaS will be a plus!)

More specifically you will:
You will lead the discussions to understand clients’ goals, product knowledge, and target customers
Together with account coordinators, you will lead the students to generate valuable leads and meetings for your clients
You’ll develop Go-To-Market strategies and present them to your clients
You regularly sync with clients to track progress and propose optimization plans and ensure the success of RevoU clients' projects.
Support student’s success
Work with Account Coordinators to roll out initiatives to upskill students’ sales expertise by teaching the necessary skills (communication, negotiation, and other skills)
Monitor reporting & optimization strategies and coach students for their success.
Collaborate with RevoU internal teams such as career placement operations teams, finance, business operations, and faculty to improve the learning experience and hireability of students.
Requirements:
Have a track record of creating generating pipelines & opportunities in a sales organization (preferable B2B SaaS or similar technology sales)
Have experience in leading a BDR/SDR sales team generating outbound leads
Good to have: experience and good understanding of Go-To-Market strategies

Pre-Assessment questions (MANDATORY)
Please answer these as thoroughly as possible as they are a key factor for you to land a first interview:
1) Which Sales CRM tools do you use (or have experienced in the past)? What have you used it for?
2) We are partnering with a SaaS company called TADA. You are assigned to help 10 students to conduct outbound sales with the goal to book an initial meeting for Tada’s account executives with potential customers of Tada. a) What information would you ask from Tada to prepare yourself and the students for this task? b) Please write an example of a cold email template you would share with your students that they can use to reach out. You can make assumptions for information about Tada to craft your email template (e.g. target customer profile, product capabilities, existing customers, etc.)
3) Imagine that we need to book initial meetings with potential customers of TADA. You have a target of 100 meetings a month. How would you achieve such a goal assuming you have 10 students assigned to your project?
