Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Development Staff PT Tokyuland Indonesia
Requirements :
1. Fresh graduate; or approximately 2 years of experience or have equivalent skill of 2 years experience in property industries
2. Design/civil engineering/related field is preferable
3. Understand property market in Indonesia
4. To know/have one or more of below skill is advantageous (Japanese, Land Permit and related permit, construction and its designing, project management, budget and cost control, sales and marketing, accounting and tax, administration task)
Job Duties :
1. Report any updates
2. Work under superior's supervision and instruction, according to schedule and item assigned
3. Review and give feedback to consultant in regards to work item handled
4. Handle multiple simple task across multiple project such as data research, support administrative work, payment across multiple projects and vendor, etc.

As a comprehensive property developer, Tokyu Land Indonesia will expand our business into real estate leasing business, real estate finance business, and real estate operation and management business. We will create new value in Indonesia by combining the needs of Indonesian customers with Japanese high quality.

Kalau di kontrak PKWT karyawan diperbolehkan mengundurkan diri apakah akan tetap dapat penalty jika resign sebelum kontrak habis?
