Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Development Staff PT Neural Technologies Indonesia (Official)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and compile tender documents in accordance with each project's requirements.
- Register and manage the company's accounts on e-procurement portals (eproc2 and other platforms).
- Maintain and organize tender documentation to keep it updated and properly archived.
- Conduct market research and analysis to develop solution descriptions for Neural Technologies Indonesia's services.
- Develop and send marketing emails to prospective clients.
- Support the Business Development & Marketing team in coordination activities with clients and prospects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Management, Marketing, Communications, or Business Digital; open to all majors.
- Minimum age of 24 and maximum age of 30.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Accustomed to administrative work, detail-oriented, and thorough.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Disciplined, meticulous, and able to work under deadlines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work well within a team.
- Placement: Business Development Enterprise Division, Neural Technologies Indonesia Tebet Office.
