We are looking for a driven Business Development (Program Advisor) to help expand Vooya’s impact by creating new business opportunities and guiding clients toward the right learning solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and having meaningful conversations around education, talent development, future careers, and human growth. This is not a passive account management role. We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, and eager to create opportunities while delivering value to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across schools, universities, educational institutions, corporate organizations, HR/L&D teams, and other strategic channels
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline from prospecting to closing
- Conduct outreach, follow-ups, meetings, and presentations with prospective clients
- Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Program Advisory & Consultative Selling
- Understand client challenges, goals, and learning needs
- Recommend suitable Vooya programs and solutions based on client needs
- Create compelling proposals and presentation decks tailored to each opportunity
- Deliver persuasive presentations and solution pitches
- Support negotiation and closing processes
Growth & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Contribute ideas to support Vooya’s growth across sales, marketing, operations, and product development
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to improve products and services
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure strong client experience and successful program delivery

Requirements:
- Willing to work from office
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, consulting, or related roles
- Passionate fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply

- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills
- Presentation design skills are a must-have
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and thorough in execution
