Job Description:
Identify, approach, and develop new B2B partnership opportunities within the retail sector
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to ensure smooth project execution
Maintain long-term partnerships and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B business development (retail industry preferred)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
Able to work independently and target-oriented
Good networking skills and ability to build long-term client relationships
