Location: West Jakarta, Indonesia
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Salary: IDR 7,500,000 – 18,000,000 per month
About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development professional to support business growth, expand market opportunities, and build strategic partnerships. Candidates with experience in sales and marketing, particularly in digital products, are highly preferred.
Candidates with strong leadership skills and managerial experience will be prioritized.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, potential clients, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales and business development strategies to achieve business targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct business negotiations, prepare proposals, and manage partnership development.
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product development and market expansion.
- Monitor sales performance, business pipelines, and partnership progress.
- For managerial-level candidates, lead and support the business development team.
Requirements:
- Experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Experience in digital products or technology-related industries is preferred.
- Managerial or team leadership experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
- A target-oriented mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive business growth.
- Proficiency in either Indonesian or Mandarin is required. Candidates proficient in both languages are preferred.
- Based in Jakarta or willing to relocate to Jakarta. Accommodation is not provided.
Salary
IDR 7,500,000 – 18,000,000 per month, depending on experience, qualifications, language proficiency, and managerial capabilities.
