We are currently partnering with a leading renewable energy company that is expanding its presence across Indonesia. We are looking for experienced Business Development Executives and Business Development Managers to drive business growth in both Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and Utility-Scale Solar PV projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the C&I and utility-scale solar markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, IPPs, utilities, government stakeholders, developers, EPC partners, and strategic investors.
- Lead the full business development cycle, including market mapping, prospecting, client meetings, proposal preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and project pipeline targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, project development, legal, finance, and technical teams to structure competitive project proposals.
- Identify partnership opportunities with developers, landowners, financiers, and technology providers.
- Support project origination, tender participation, and strategic partnerships.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of business development, sales, or commercial experience in the renewable energy or power sector.
- Proven experience in Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar PV, Utility-Scale Solar, or both.
- Experience with EPC, IPP, power generation, utilities, or energy infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of solar project development, commercial negotiations, and energy markets.
- Established network within the renewable energy ecosystem is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
