Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the company and act as the first point of contact for prospects looking to evaluate BetterPlace.
- Handle inbound leads and generate outbound leads in the Malaysia and Indonesia market with the objective of creating opportunities for inside and field sales teams respectively.
- Generate rapport with prospects to identify their challenges and drive engagement.
- Ensure that inside/field sales teams have all the discovery information required to run a meaningful and customized initial product demo session.
- Use multiple channels of communication effectively to develop engagement with prospects.
- Develop deep business insight and market knowledge to lead prospects through the sales cycle.
- Develop a deep understanding of the product value proposition, features, benefits, and personas.
- Maintain accurate data within the CRM reflecting the sales development pipeline.
- Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product teams and build a continuous feedback loop to improve the qualification process.
- Become a BetterPlace evangelist and champion the innovative power of our solutions.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Prior experience of 5-10 years in inbound lead qualification as a Business Development Representative in the Malaysia and Indonesia markets.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email, and via telephone.
- High levels of motivation and self-driven attitude.
- Preferably experience working with B2B SaaS companies.
- Good understanding of CRM and prospecting tools.
- Ability to effectively leverage different channels of communication like email, calls, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively interact with multiple levels of stakeholders.
