PT Indonesia Indicator, a leading data intelligence and analytics company in Indonesia, is looking for a Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This role is open for fresh graduates who are eager to learn, explore, and grow in a dynamic business environment.
🔍 What You’ll Do
- Assist in identifying and approaching potential B2B clients.
- Support business development activities such as proposal preparation, follow-ups, and client coordination.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and sales materials.
- Support various tasks beyond Business Development scope and collaborate with different teams as needed.
- Learn and be involved in multiple aspects of the business, including operations, client management, and internal projects.
🎓 What We’re Looking For
- Fresh graduate or entry-level candidate (0–1 year experience).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communication, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong willingness to learn and explore new responsibilities beyond a fixed job description.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-oriented mindset is a plus.
- Willing to work full-time from office (WFO) in Bintaro.
