Job Description:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in the JABODETABEK area, including manufacturing companies, industrial firms, and distributors.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as procurement managers, operations directors, and C-level executives.
- Field Visits: Conduct on-site visits to client facilities to understand their needs, demonstrate product solutions, and provide tailored proposals.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics in the JABODETABEK region to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to leverage leads from campaigns, trade shows, and digital channels, and provide feedback to improve lead quality.
- CRM Management: Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track client interactions, update sales progress, and forecast revenue.
- After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction for clients post-sale.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the sales manager.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to company guidelines.
