PT Crescendo Sejahtera Indonesia is a growing business services company that helps entrepreneurs, SMEs, startups, and professionals through HR consulting, payroll administration, virtual assistant services, recruitment support, and business administration solutions.
We are currently expanding our network and looking for passionate individuals to join us as Business Development Partners.
About The Role
As a Business Development Partner, you will play an important role in introducing our services to potential clients and helping us expand our business network.
This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity suitable for freelancers, professionals, stay-at-home moms, virtual assistants, and individuals with strong networking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, social media, and other channels.
- Introduce company services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
- Understand client needs and connect them with relevant solutions.
- Schedule meetings between prospects and the company.
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process.
- Provide regular updates on business opportunities and prospect status.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, marketing, or business development is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and email.
- Self-motivated and result-oriented.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Willing to work based on target and commission.
