Jobs Decription :
- Take ownership of identifying, creating, developing, negotiating, and closing high-value opportunities for clients
- Manage the lead cycle from prospecting and calling leads to qualifying and monitoring clients
- Acquire new clients and expand product offerings to meet sales targets
- Understand client pain points and needs to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Monitor sales metrics such as sales results and forecasts
- Proactively seek opportunities to enhance lead management processes
- Achieved target set by company
Job Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- minimum 2 years experience in Business development (Experience in an agency is a plus)
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- have a high of sense belonging to project
- detail & adaptive
- good attitude
- Fluent english (Value Added)
