Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Fluent in spoken and written English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5) and German (minimum CEFR C1).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong interest in business development and international partnerships.
- Able to conduct market research and prepare business reports.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Willing to coordinate with overseas partners.
Job Description:
1. Support the development of international business partnerships within Binawan Group
2. Build and maintain communication with overseas partners
3. Prepare presentations, proposals, and business correspondence in English
4. Conduct market and projection research on overseas workforce placement programs
5. Support meetings, partnership follow-ups, and business administration activities including up until closing deals.
