Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
- Minimum 1 year of experience or fresh graduate
- Male candidates are preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English (TOEFL ITP score of 550–600 or IELTS score of at least 6.0)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong interest in business development and international partnerships
- Ability to conduct market research and prepare basic business reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to coordinate with overseas partners
Job Description:
1. Support the development of international business partnerships within Binawan Group
2. Build and maintain communication with overseas partners
3. Prepare presentations, proposals, and business correspondence in English
4. Conduct market and projection research on overseas workforce placement programs
5. Support meetings, partnership follow-ups, and business administration activities including up until closing deals.
