About the Role:
As a Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure excellent client experience.
What You’ll Do?
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
- Generate leads through networking, outreach, and market research
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance and pipeline progress
What We’re Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience in B2B/B2C environments is a plus
- Background in Tech, BPO, or HR Consulting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
