- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any fields preferable in marketing, public relations, communication or business development.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Deep skills in designing and implementing business development strategies.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills including advanced negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Oriented to targets and deadlines.
- Able to work in team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage work time and meetings.

Job Description:
- Conduct market research, seek out new customer opportunities, and maintain customer relationships.
- Develop and present company development plans and annual targets.
- Updating of knowledge about market developments and competitors.
- Regular business planning.
- Find and acquire new customers.
- Developing and enhancing relationships with potential new clients.
- Detect and create potential business opportunities.
- Tracing and identifying client needs and providing solutions as needed.
- Communicate with clients to get responses.
- Deliver work results to company leaders.

Kalau di kontrak PKWT karyawan diperbolehkan mengundurkan diri apakah akan tetap dapat penalty jika resign sebelum kontrak habis?
