The Business Development Officer is responsible for supporting the business development, administration, marketing, and sales of all Terra Eden Wellness VilaTel products, including villa sales and rentals, restaurant services, and spa packages. This position serves local and international customers through integrated online and offline strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
• Promote and sell villa units, villa rentals, restaurant products, and spa packages.
• Identify prospective customers, agents, partners, communities, and new business opportunities.
• Manage the customer database and regularly update lead status.
• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, email, telephone, and social media.
• Conduct follow-ups, presentations, negotiations, site visits, bookings, and sales closings.
• Prepare proposals, brochures, price lists, forms, and supporting sales documents.
• Support content creation and online and offline promotional activities.
• Assist with social media, WhatsApp Business, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain strong customer relationships before and after each transaction.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports on leads, sales, marketing activities, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with management and the villa, restaurant, spa, marketing, and operations teams.
Qualifications :
• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• One to three years of experience in Business Development, marketing, sales, administration, property, or hospitality.
• Active written and spoken English proficiency is a primary requirement.
• Able to communicate, present, and negotiate confidently with international customers.
• Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong communication, customer service, follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and social media.
• Familiar with customer-database management, documentation, and sales reporting.
• Experience with Canva, CRM, Meta Ads, or Google Ads is an advantage.
• Professional, confident, detail-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.
• Willing to work flexibly and conduct site visits in Bali.
• Having personal transportation is an advantage.

• Number of new and qualified leads.
• Speed and consistency of customer follow-up.
• Number of presentations, meetings, and site visits.
• Number of bookings and successful sales.
• Revenue generated from villas, restaurant •ervices, and spa packages.
• Growth of partners, agents, and business networks.
• Accuracy of databases, documents, and reports.
