Key Responsibilities
* Identify, screen, and evaluate potential medical device distributors based on their tender track record, hospital network, after-sales service capabilities, and financial stability.
* Develop relationships with prospective distributors, conduct product presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the partnership process through distributor appointment and MoU signing.
* Identify, monitor, and pursue government hospital tender opportunities through the LKPP e-Catalog and APBN/APBD procurement channels.
* Develop business opportunities within the private hospital segment, including leading hospital groups such as Siloam, Hermina, Mitra Keluarga, Mayapada, and Primaya.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital decision-makers, procurement committees, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), including ICU physicians and clinicians.
* Develop and manage the sales pipeline, driving opportunities from product introduction through Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
* Coordinate with distributors and the Regulatory team regarding licensing and compliance processes, including Product Registration (NIE), TKDN, and e-Catalog onboarding.
* Effectively communicate product value propositions, features, and financing solutions to distributors and customers.
* Prepare regular business development reports covering distributor pipeline, tender opportunities, and sales progress for the Project Lead.
* Ensure all business activities, customer contacts, correspondence, and sales opportunities are accurately documented.
Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Medical Device Sales or Business Development, preferably in Critical Care, ICU, or Hospital Equipment.
* Established network with medical device distributors and/or hospitals across Indonesia.
* Strong understanding of government procurement processes, including LKPP e-Catalog, APBN/APBD tenders, and TKDN requirements.
* Familiarity with medical device regulations, including Product Registration (NIE), Medical Device Distribution License (IDAK/CDAKB), and AKL/AKD.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Willing to travel extensively and work in a target-driven environment.
* Good command of spoken and written English.
