🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand market reach.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through market research and strategic partnerships.
• Lead negotiations and deal closures with business partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Production, and Management) to ensure business strategies align with execution capabilities and the company’s vision.
• Monitor sales pipelines, KPIs, and market trends to optimize business strategies.
• Ensure all business development initiatives align with the company's vision and objectives.
📌 Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Strategic Partnerships, preferably in the creative, media, or digital marketing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree/MBA is a plus).
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies.
• Experience in negotiation, client management, and market expansion.
• Inspirational leadership with the ability to guide and manage teams effectively.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in managing sales pipelines and achieving revenue targets.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) is a plus.
• Willing to work on-site at the office, as per company policy.
• Available to join in April 2025.
