Business Development (Mandarin Speaker)

PT Legal Tekno Digital — the company behind KontrakHukum.com, a fast-growing digital legal services platform — is looking for a Business Development Professional to support our expansion into Chinese-speaking markets.

About the Role

You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping expand our presence in new markets. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and manage relationships with Chinese-speaking clients and partners
• Present and explain our legal, tax, and accounting services
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert leads into clients
• Support market expansion and strategic growth initiatives

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a proactive mindset
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment
