Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Development Manager PT Global Jet Ecommerce
- Develop new customers, find new e-commerce customers from both internal / external and marketing needs, and complete sales targets set by the department
- Work closely with internal strategy and service teams to implement marketing activities, increase customer brand satisfaction and maintain good relationships with the principle.
- Responsible for collaboration with major brands, including initial negotiation, planning, project management, and implementation.
- Have the ability to integrate internal and external company resources, and effectively formulate a cooperation strategy for projects;
- Be sensitive to the industry and Internet market environment, regularly effectively track and detect general market trends and changes from competitors, seize market opportunities, respond quickly to appropriate social media promotions and market trends.
- Responsible for customer development, including opening new customers, maintenance and customer penetration which have existed;
- Responsible by joining a local company in the country follows up the merchant's business as a whole, and optimizes the implementation of operations, ensures the overall merchant experience, formulates the main strategy of merchant operations and is responsible for merchant satisfaction
- Developing service solutions suitable for merchants, integrate cross-departmental resources, quickly implement existing resources, quickly promote collaborative resources, and efficiently collaborate with resources from various departments to solve problems;
- Through analysis by trader operating data, combined with key traders' demands and company characteristics themselves, provide continuous optimization solutions and implement project implementation
- Understand market trends and actual trends, and expand offline business according to merchant needs
- Fluent in English and used as a daily language at work, Mandarin is preferred
- Have min. 3 years of working experience in a related position such as development in the field of branding or brand marketing services, etc.
- Have min. 5 years of working experience in the field of e-commerce and advertising, preferably with experience in marketing to companies
- Have worked in large international 4A local advertising firms and large e-commerce companies are preferred, at least 3 years of work experience, and those who have worked as young workers are preferred
- Have a Strong Goal Orientation, strong sense of customer development, and can work under pressure
- Have basic knowledge of advertising marketing and e-commerce operations, have strong learning abilities, integrate marketing knowledge systems
- Have served or collaborated with big brands or principals Has certain experience and project management and the ability to independently plan marketing activities
- Data analysis and strong interpretation skills, familiar with the e-commerce marketing model.
- Having clear logical thinking and analytical skills in problems, can solve problems and increase customer satisfaction through data analysis
- Have business development experience, business negotiation experience and good communication experience, strong execution skills
