Requirements:
• University graduate or above
• Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the education, training, e-learning, or service industry
• Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, sales, or business development
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Interested in working in the education field
• Able to speak and write in English
• Computer literate and able to utilize digital tools effectively
• Basic mathematics and analytical skills
• Has a wide professional network and relationship-building ability
• Highly motivated, proactive, creative, and eager to learn
• Willing to travel for business purposes
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• Goal oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets
• Experience in e-learning, training services, or educational products is an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Develop strategies and action plans to increase company awareness and generate business opportunities
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets
• Promote and expand the company's training and e-learning services
• Develop and execute marketing and business development campaigns from planning to implementation
• Explore and optimize various acquisition channels to increase sales and customer engagement
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, partners, agencies, schools, universities, and other relevant organizations
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and proposals to prospective clients and partners
• Manage the sales process from lead generation, follow-up, negotiation, to contract signing
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
• Prepare and monitor marketing and business development budgets
• Achieve business development and revenue targets set by the company
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful service delivery
• Supervise and support junior team members
