Business Development Manager

Location: Pluit, Jakarta

Requirements

- Male, with at least 5 years of Business Development experience.

(familair nego with malls, chain brands, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other potential partners)
- Fluent in English and able to report directly to the CEO.

- Outgoing, proactive, and strong in communication and negotiation.

- Target-oriented, experienced in team management, and willing to travel frequently.

- Multinational company experience or Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Job Description

- Develop new locations and partnerships for XLens Photobox.

- Negotiate with malls, chain brands, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and other potential partners.

- Manage the full process from client acquisition and site assessment to signing and project launch.

- Coordinate with internal teams and achieve partnership targets.
