Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to drive financial excellence and support strategic decision-making. This role combines hands-on financial operations with forward-looking business partnering to ensure strong financial health, compliance, and sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end daily finance operations, including cash flow management, payments, and expense control
  • Ensure accounting integrity through accurate journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • Conduct internal audits to maintain compliance and safeguard company assets
  • Develop and manage risk assessment frameworks to mitigate financial and operational risks
  • Deliver financial forecasting, scenario planning, and forward-looking analysis
  • Monitor overall financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, policies, and reporting standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Finance & Accounting (including audit, risk management, and financial planning)

• Strong capability in financial forecasting, cash flow management, and business partnering

• Solid understanding of internal controls, compliance, and risk management frameworks

• Experience in the retail industry is a strong advantage

• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) or Master’s degree are preferred
