About The Role :
Clippo is an Innovative platform connecting Creators or Brands with Clippers to distribute short-form video content on TikTok and Instagram Reels, maximizing visibility, views, and engagement.
As a Business Development professional at Clippo, you are responsible for marketing the platform, acquiring Creators/Brands, and managing strategic partnerships. This role requires you to excel in designing campaigns alongside creators, understanding budget and CPM structures, and leveraging your active network and database across strategic sectors (such as fintech, government, e-commerce, and agencies) to bring in high-quality clients.
Key Responsibility :
- Creator & Brand Acquisition : Prospect, pitch, and secure Creators or Brands to run campaigns on Clippo, including agreeing on budgets, CPM rates, and campaign guidelines.
- Business Expansion & Opportunities : Identify, evaluate, and formulate new business expansion strategies to scale Clippo’s market presence within the clipper ecosystem and digital industry
- Negotiation & Partnerships : Lead commercial negotiations, establish win-win cooperation terms, and secure official contracts with partners, agencies, and brands.
- Agency Development & Relationship Management : Identify, onboard, and build long-term relationships with agency leaders and strategic partners in Indonesia to ensure high retention, satisfaction, and a steady flow of projects.
- Market & Competitor Research: Monitor industry trends, market pricing movements, and competitor strategies to keep Clippo’s business offerings highly competitive.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze market data and digital metrics (such as CTR, CPS, CPM, ROAS), reconcile operational activities, and prepare regular business performance reports for management.
Required Skill and Competencies
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships (preferably within digital agencies, MCNs, or influencer marketing industries).
- Proven strong skills in negotiation, deal-making, and commercial contracting.
- Comfortable working with numbers, interpreting digital marketing metrics (such as CTR, CPS, CPM, ROAS), and building business plans or market analyses.
- Detail-oriented, agile, and decisive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Deep understanding of social media ecosystems (such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts).
- (Preferred): Possesses an existing active network or client database in the following strategic sectors ; Fintech companies, E-commerce & Digital agencies, Government institutions
- Proactive, target-oriented, communicative, and a strong team player.
