Business Development Manager
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and commercially driven individual to lead business growth initiatives across our restaurant business units.
This role requires someone who understands restaurant market trends, customer behavior, partnerships, branding, and business opportunities — while ensuring each venue continues to grow with a strong identity and clear business direction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth
* Identify target markets, customer segments, and business opportunities
* Build and maintain partnerships with communities, corporate clients, and collaborators
* Initiate and execute promotional campaigns, activations, and strategic collaborations
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
* Work closely with operational and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives
* Support branding, customer engagement, and market expansion efforts
* Prepare business reports, updates, and performance evaluations for management
* Ensure all business initiatives align with each venue’s concept and positioning
Qualifications:
* Strong background in business development, sales, marketing, hospitality, or restaurant industry
* Strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness
* Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Understanding of restaurant business trends and customer engagement strategies
* Creative, proactive, and highly organized
* Strong coordination, execution, and follow-up skills
* Comfortable handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
* Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
* Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or F&B brands is highly preferred
