With a total of 12,000 influencer members within our network, we are confident in our ability to be part of the solution for brands to achieve their various objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous company growth by architecting a robust sales engine that ensures a consistent pipeline of new high-value clients and market penetration.
- Lead, coach, and empower a high-performing BD team by setting clear KPIs and fostering a culture of high achievement.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure client loyalty and repeat business, maximizing the long-term value of every existing partnership.
- Identify and negotiate strategic alliances with key industry stakeholders and C-level executives to expand the company’s reach.
- Manage the end-to-end sales funnel, providing accurate forecasting and optimizing processes to shorten the sales cycle.
- Translate client feedback and market trends into actionable insights for the Product and Marketing teams to ensure competitive advantage.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Digital Agency, KOL Agency, or Media Advertising environment.
- Proven track record (min. 3 years) in a leadership or managerial role, specifically overseeing Business Development teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and develop business development team to achieve high-performance results.
- Experience in setting departmental KPIs, conducting formal performance reviews, and providing constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian, with the ability to "command a room" during high-level presentations.
- Willingness to work on-site (WFO) and available to join ASAP
