ABOUT US
Titan SmartTech is a Singapore-based industrial solutions company focused on water, environmental, and industrial technologies that improve sustainability, reliability, and performance.
We are expanding in Indonesia and seeking a hunter-type Business Development Manager to drive growth in the region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop new business in industrial / infrastructure sectors
• Build relationships with EPCs, consultants & key decision makers
• Manage project pipeline and identify new opportunities
• Conduct client visits, presentations & technical discussions
• Work with engineering team on solution development
• Prepare proposals and support tender submissions
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to closure
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma / Degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years in Business Development / Technical Sales / Project Sales
• Experience in industrial / engineering / EPC / water-related projects
• Strong sales, negotiation & client management skills
• Ability to manage long sales cycles
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Water / Wastewater Treatment

• EPC / Engineering Services
• Industrial Infrastructure / Utilities
LANGUAGE & TRAVEL
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & Business English
• Willing to travel extensively within Indonesia
