Employment Background Requirement :
- Experience in Business Development within a logistics company, preferably specializing in contract logistics and warehousing solutions,
Qualifications & Experience :
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, or 3PL industry is highly preferred.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken (Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred)
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Responsible for acquiring new business in line with assigned targets.
- Represent the company’s products and services, and provide comprehensive solutions to meet the needs of customers
- Responsible for identifying, market research, tracking, building customer pipelines and increase win ratio.
- Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories.
- Achieve sales goals by assessing future client needs and drive the end to end sales process with potential customer, including presentations, warehouse visit, solution discussion and workshop.
- Work with the pricing department and respective departments to create rate proposals and lead a tender management.
- Prepare for regular report on potential leads and project updates.
- Carrying out document administration, market research and presentation material activities
