**Key Responsibilities:**

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective market analysis and business development strategies.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and customer satisfaction.

- Utilize Salesforce CRM tools to manage and track leads, prospects, and client relationships.

- Develop and implement business growth strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements that benefit both the company and its partners.

**Qualifications:**

We are looking for candidates who are passionate about the beauty industry and possess a strong educational background and professional experience. Ideal candidates will have:

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the cosmetic industry.

- Proficiency in business analysis, new business development, business improvement, business negotiation, business strategy, and business growth strategy.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
