ABOUT THE JOB
CBQA Global Indonesia is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our IT Audit business by acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and delivering value-driven solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients for IT Audit services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and referral networks.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiate commercial
• Manage sales pipeline and customer data using CRM.
• Collaborate with Technical, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Strategic Account teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and expand
• Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and client
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or
• Proven experience in prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing CRM and sales pipeline.
• Target-driven with strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in IT Audit, Information Security, Certification, Consulting, or Professional Services industry.
• Familiarity with IT Audit and certification services.
