We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Businesss Development Manager to lead the growth of our user base of content creators in Indonesia. This role requires a candidate with deep expertise in digital marketing, a strong understanding of the Indonesian market, and the ability to build meaningful partnerships within the creator ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and onboard new circles of creators and key partners to scale platform adoption.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate niche communities and expand the creator network in Indonesia.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, content creators, and industry stakeholders to foster collaboration and growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, creator preferences, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with broader brand initiatives.
- Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure sustainable growth.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or creator outreach.
- Strong networking skills and ability to establish relationships within the creator ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian creator economy and local content trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and think strategically.
- Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus but not the primary focus.
