Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Development Manager - Hai Phong Lalamove Vietnam
- Sales operations: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and by developing and nurturing professional relationships;
- Business development: develop new business opportunities and partnerships with customers;
- Sales standards: identify, build and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and Policies to support the activity and solve or prevent issues;
- Performance: lead and develop a high caliber sales team who are driven to deliver results. Regularly track the performance of the team to close deals and retain business users, and build corrective/improving initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years relevant sales/business development experience in a managerial capacity (Startup/logistics industry is a plus);
- College Degree / Diploma holder;
- Excellent problem solving, presentation, lead generation and negotiation skills;
- Proficiency in CRM programs is an advantage;
- Good level of English.
- Base Salary + Incentive Bonus & 13-month bonus based on company bonus structure & policy
