As our BD Manager, you won't simply manage a sales pipeline, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, opening strategic partnerships and building a high performing commercial team that directly impacts the company's growth.

What You'll Own
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic business plans for the company's e-commerce and social commerce services
- Build and lead a high-performing Business Development team, ensuring sustainable achievement of monthly and annual targets
- Acquire and manage partnerships with leading brands across beauty, fashion, FMCG, lifestyle, electronics and other high-growth categories
- Expand the company's portfolio through TikTok Shop, Shopee, affiliate marketing, livestream campaigns, and integrated marketing solutions
- Lead end-to-end commercial activities—from prospecting, pitching, proposal development and negotiation to deal closing
- Establish long-term relationships with C-level executives, brand owners and key decision makers
- Identify emerging market opportunities and develop scalable partnership strategies
- Collaborate with Livestream Operations, Production and Creative teams to deliver measurable business outcomes for clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor movements, and platform developments to maintain a competitive advantage
- Deliver accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and business performance analysis to senior management
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Min 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships or Commercial roles
- At least 2 years of experience leading and managing teams
- Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth
- Experience in E-Commerce, TikTok Service Partner (TSP), MCN, Livestream Agencies, Digital Marketing Agencies or Marketplace Ecosystems is highly preferred
Strong understanding of:
- TikTok Shop Ecosystem
- Shopee & Marketplace Operations
- Livestream Commerce
- Affiliate & Creator Economy
- Performance Marketing
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Possess an existing network of brand owners, marketing leaders, or strategic partners (highly advantageous)
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency will be considered a significant advantage
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in CRM, Excel and business reporting tools
