Job Description
- Foster strong client relationships with brands and advertising agencies;
- Take the initiative to coordinate and execute the entire pitch process as well as creating decks for new innovative digital media channels to support our clients;
- Demonstrate digital knowledge and thought leadership across key clients;
- Lead the conversation in order to understand our customer requirements and offer correct product or technology solution;
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of client businesses and ensure digital strategies align with brands business objectives and needs;
- Delivery of beyond-the-banner high-value services, including: content solutions; performance marketing; social & mobile projects; competitor intelligence service;
- Proactively build long-term relationships with senior marketing clients and position self as trusted advisor to them;
- Lead commercial engagements with new business leads, quantifying value of new services, working towards an agreed target;
- Explore new frontiers: Identify new business opportunities outside of existing relationships, by recognizing gaps in the market and where propositions can add commercial value;
- Achieve sales and revenue targets;
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in online media sales or in healthcare media sales
- Minimum 3-4 years in Business Development or Sales team
- Good organisational skills in handling a number of projects at the same time, being able to set priorities, keep to deadlines, work effectively under time pressure
- Sales Minded, always looking for opportunities to make money and to grow a business
- Must be able to create and present professional presentation and business proposals
- Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
- You have a great understanding of the advertising landscape in Indonesia
- You have a good level of analytical and organisational skills, able to drive projects, and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
- Be the person whom the client goes to for digital insight and activities. Being to propose ideas and activities to answer the identified challenges
- You build strong relationships and foster good team spirit with both clients and the team
- Shows a depth of understanding of the industry, business, brands and consumers in client conversations
- Must understand our goal to promote healthy living and health awareness by providing trusted health information to the public
