Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit potential agency partners, creators/talents, and users aligned with platform growth objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to support the growth and performance of agency partners and user communities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and users to foster a healthy and sustainable livestreaming ecosystem.
- Plan, execute, and optimize livestreaming campaigns, including exploring new campaign concepts and engagement models.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective campaign delivery and platform utilization.
- Draft, review, and update partnership agreements, guidelines, and operational policies as needed.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to improve partner and campaign outcomes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or operations within livestreaming, social media, or digital platform industries.
- Experience working with agency partners, creators, or talent management is preferred.
- Strong understanding of platform operations, content ecosystems, and community management practices.
- Proven ability to manage partnerships and drive growth through strategic initiatives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prepare reports and derive actionable insights.
- Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
