As a Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing partnerships, analyzing market potential, and creating strategies that support business expansion and revenue growth.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for BNET.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, communities, institutions, property owners, and potential business stakeholders.
- Conduct market mapping to understand area potential, customer needs, competitors, and business opportunities.
- Develop business strategies, partnership models, and growth initiatives.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and business recommendations.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, technical, finance, and other internal teams to support business execution.
- Monitor business development pipeline, partnership progress, and project opportunities.
- Evaluate business initiatives and provide insights for improvement.
- Represent BNET professionally in external meetings, discussions, and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications We Are Looking For:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Leader in business development, sales, partnership, account management, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to identify opportunities and build strategic relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to analyze market potential and turn insights into business strategies
- Experience in ISP, telecommunications, property, community development, B2B, or partnership-based business is a plus.
- Target-driven, strategic, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally.
