We are a dynamic company specializing in Smart Home and IoT solutions. Our mission is to provide innovative and secure technology solutions that enhance residential and building Security, Energy Saving & Automation. We’re seeking a visionary Head of Business Development to lead our growth strategy and strengthen our presence in the Smart Home & IoT ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share in the Smart Home and IoT sectors.
Partnership Development: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key partners, including property developers, contractors, and system integrators.
Project Management: Oversee end-to-end business development for large-scale residential and building automation projects, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and new business opportunities.
Revenue Growth: Drive sales initiatives and achieve revenue targets by unlocking new markets and creating long-term partnerships.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to align.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, particularly in Smart Home, IoT, or Security Systems industries.
- Fluent in English Oral & Written
- Having a background in IoT / project management/ building / residential / and networking will be preferred.
- Proven portfolio of successful building and residential projects.
- In-depth understanding of IoT technology, security devices, and automation solutions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills to design data-driven strategies.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting sales and business development targets.
