Job Description:
We are looking for a Business Development KOL Specialist to manage US-based influencers (KOLs) and expand our brand’s reach. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates with excellent English skills who are passionate about influencer marketing.
Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and recruit KOLs/influencers (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers to drive brand collaborations.
✅ Negotiate contracts, campaign deliverables, and partnership terms.
✅ Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
✅ Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
✅ Stay updated on social media trends, influencer marketing strategies, and competitors.
Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
✔️ Fresh graduates are welcome!
✔️ Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – must be able to communicate with KOLs.
✔️ Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills.
✔️ Passion for influencer marketing and digital branding.
✔️ Proactive, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
