• Job Description:

- Support business development activities for IT & digital projects

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and business partners

- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients

- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and project quotations

- Coordinate with internal teams regarding project requirements and timelines

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Follow up leads and manage client communications

- Support project discussions, meetings, and documentation

- Help ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations

• Requirements:

- S1 Business Management / Information Technology / Communication / related field

- Minimum 1–2 tahun pengalaman di Business Development / Account Executive / IT Project Support

- Memiliki ketertarikan di bidang IT, digital solutions, atau software project

- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

- Mampu membangun relasi dengan client dan internal team

- Detail-oriented, target-oriented, dan able to multitask

- Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office

- Memiliki kemampuan problem solving dan analytical thinking yang baik

• Nice to Have:

- Experience handling IT/software projects

- Familiar dengan project management tools (Trello, ClickUp, Jira, dll)

- Good English communication skills

- Experience in tech/digital industry

- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
