Deskripsi pekerjaan Business Development (Jambi Area) ECGO EVMOTO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Lead, execute, and monitor field business development strategies, canvassing activities, and merchant/retail engagement.
2. Identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and expand retail distribution/partnership networks.
3. Manage, coach, and supervise field promotor representatives/canvassers to achieve target KPIs and coverage goals.
4. Conduct market mapping, field visits, and competitor analysis to optimize promotor performance in target areas.
5. Coordinate with internal operations, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and service delivery.
6. Prepare regular promotor reports, field progress summaries, and pipeline analysis for management review.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School Graduate (SMA/SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in any discipline.
2. Proven experience as a Salesman, Field Sales, or Canvasser with a solid track record in sales execution.
3. Strong background and solid working experience in the FMCG or Retail Engagement industries.
4. Hands-on experience in field canvassing, merchant acquisition, and managing field sales teams/territories.
5. Conversational English proficiency (able to handle basic-to-intermediate professional communication).
6. Target-driven, highly mobile, and comfortable working directly in the field.
7. Preferably available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
8. Willing to work Monday–Saturday (09:00–18:00).
9. Located at Jambi, Sumatera.
