Founded in 2015, Mamikos mission is to help millions of Indonesian young people to find their “home” away from home while pursuing their dream of study or work. The kost market is huge yet will still grow but is highly fragmented.
With our tech and service capabilities, we want to make a better standard for the industry so then both sides of the market; property owners can get their businesses to grow, and tenants can get a good room fast. In 2022 we hosted about 200,000 properties and 7 million monthly potential tenants on our platform.
Mamikos started by introducing a matching platform then our service has evolved to a full-stack property management equipped with property management technology to ensure delivering operational excellence and productivity.
