Domoe Agency is looking for a proactive, well-connected, and results-driven Business Development to help expand our business, build strong partnerships, and bring new brand collaborations to the agency.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential brands, companies, and business partners for collaboration opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand representatives, marketing teams, PR teams, and key decision-makers.
- Generate new business opportunities and acquire potential clients for Domoe Agency.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitching materials for potential clients.
- Negotiate partnership deals and manage the business development process from initial contact to closing.
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Must have experience working with brands or an existing network of connections with brands, particularly in marketing, lifestyle, beauty, fashion, F&B, FMCG, or other relevant industries.
- Have a strong network and connections with brand representatives, marketing managers, PR teams, or decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, confident, and comfortable approaching new potential clients.
- Able to identify business opportunities and convert leads into successful partnerships.
- Independent, organized, and able to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Based in Jakarta or willing to be available for meetings in Jakarta when required.
